Hartsch Technique

What is The Hartsch Technique?

  • Is:  a combination of massage and postural alignment; that is specifically designed for the client's individual body
  • Its focus:  is to get to the core of muscular imbalances that are causing the client's specific ailment
  • The result:  is a long lasting pain and stress relief for the client

What happens in a Hartsch Technique session?

The Hartsch Technique session consists of:

  • A full physical evaluation of a client's muscular structure
    • Discovery of muscles that are hyper-contracted (too short) and hyper-extended (too long).
    • An understanding of the source of client's specific ailment
  • A bodywork session in which the therapist will design a massage that is specific to the clients needs!
    • The therapist will lengthen short muscles and shorten muscles that are over stretched
  • An easy home fun plan
    • After the client's session the therapist gives specific stretching and strengthening exercises catered to the client's body; that will help them to hold their massage for weeks verses hours
