What happens in a Hartsch Technique session?
The Hartsch Technique session consists of:
- A full physical evaluation of a client's muscular structure
- Discovery of muscles that are hyper-contracted (too short) and hyper-extended (too long).
- An understanding of the source of client's specific ailment
- A bodywork session in which the therapist will design a massage that is specific to the clients needs!
- The therapist will lengthen short muscles and shorten muscles that are over stretched
- An easy home fun plan
- After the client's session the therapist gives specific stretching and strengthening exercises catered to the client's body; that will help them to hold their massage for weeks verses hours
